General Description
AD7312 (Vacuum Fluorescent Display) controller/driver with STANDBY controller. driven 1/11 duty factor (include scan). consists segment output lines, segment/key scan output lines, grid output lines, segment/grid output drive lines, output ports, display memory, control circuit, scan circuit. addition, includes input ports, RMIN SKEY, RMIN receives signal form STANDBY-KEY remote sensor, SKEY controlled external switch. Both them STANBY SCAN-KEY control output level (High) port realize STANDBY function. leave standby mode, remote WAKE_UP-KEY, WAKE_UP SCAN-KEY, remote STANDBY-KEY, STANDBY-KEY STANDBY SCAN-KEY control output level (Low) port realize Wake function. Serial data input AD7312 through four-line serial interface.

Input serial data rising edge shift clock, starting from order bit. Output serial data falling edge shift clock, starting from order bit. This N-ch open-drain output pin. Initializes serial interface rising falling edge AD7312. then waits reception command. Data input after falling processed command. While command data processed, current processing stopped, serial interface initialized. While high, ignored. Reads serial data rising edge, outputs data falling edge. Connect resistor between this oscillation frequency. Segment output pins Multi-function pins, Segment output pins (Dual function scan source) Grid output pins These pins selectable segment grid driving.
