ATS236 four-terminal Hall effect sensor device with output drivers, mainly designed electronic commutation brush-less Fan. This internally includes regulator, protecting diode, Hall plate, amplifier, comparator, pair complementary open-collector outputs (DO, DOB). While magnetic flux density larger than operate point (Bop), will turn (low), meanwhile will turn (high). Each output latched until lower than release point (Brp), then DODOB transfer each state.
