PIC16C54C (Rev. Silicon ONLY) parts conform functionally PIC16C5X Data Sheet (DS30453B), except anomalies described below: problems listed here will addressed future revisions PIC16C54C silicon. Module: RESET minimum specification MCLR must order RESET PIC16C54C. MCLR pulse occurs that less that minimum specification (parameter #30), improper device operation occur. Minimum specification cannot met, then external circuit must used insure that pulse width less than specification will filtered before reaches MCLR pin. Work Around possible circuit shown Figure Proper design validation needs done ensure desired operation over applications operating conditions.
