8-CHANNEL SATURATED SINK DRIVER
Developed with low-voltage incandescent displays requiring output saturation voltage, UDN2595A A2595SLW meet many interface needs, including those exceeding capabilities standard logic buffers. eight non-Darlington outputs each driver continuously simultaneously sink load currents ambient temperatures +75°C. eight-channel driver's active-low inputs driven directly from TTL, Schottky TTL, DTL, CMOS, NMOS logic. input connections side package, output connections other, simplified printed wiring board layouts. These drivers packaged plastic DlPs (suffix surfacemountable wide-body SOlCs (suffix LW), rated operation over temperature range -20°C +85°C. A2595SLW also available operation -40°C. order, change suffix from `SLW' `ELW'.
