DESCRIPTION
This 16-bit buffer/driver built using advanced dual metal CMOS technology. This high-speed, power device noninverting 16-bit buffer composed 8-bit sections with separate output-enable signals. either 8-bit buffer section, output-enable 1OE1 1OE2 2OE1 2OE2) inputs must corresponding outputs active. either output-enable input high, outputs that 8-bit buffer section high-impedance state. pins this 16-bit buffer/driver driven from either 3.3V devices. This feature allows this device translator mixed 3.3V/5V supply system. LVCH16541A been designed with ±24mA output driver. driver capable driving moderate heavy load while maintaining speed performance. LVCH16541A "bus-hold" which retains inputs' last state whenever input goes high impedance. This prevents floating inputs eliminates need pull-up/down resistors.
