Description
Agilent's AT-38043 cost, silicon bipolar junction transistor housed miniature SC-70 surface mount plastic package. This device used pre-driver, driver, output device many applications cellular other wireless communications markets. volts, AT-38043 features output power, while providing gain collector efficiency. Superior efficiency gain make AT-38043 excellent choice battery powered systems. AT-38043 fabricated with Agilent's Self-AlignedTransistor (SAT) process. nitride passivated surface protection.
