This process replaced with improved silicon gate process. have been able continue provide metal gate military commercial hermetic (MOTS HOTS) products virtue reserved wafer bank. While have been able carry most products these past years, wafer inventory fast being depleted. order prevent complete depletion devices, asking customers convert replacement products soon possible. This will allow remaining inventories used critical applications that eligible conversion products. Note that replacements parts superior performance typically available lower selling price. Please review that attached product list identify products which inventory limited their corresponding replacement part numbers.
