Description
Intersil HCS160MS Radiation Hardened high speed presettable decade synchronous counter that features asynchronous reset look-ahead carry logic. Counting parallel presetting accomplished synchronously with lowto-high transition clock. level synchronous parallel enable input, SPE, disables counting allows data preset inputs, loaded into counter. counter reset master reset input, count enables, provided n-bit cascading. also controls terminal count output, terminal count output indicates maximum count clock pulse used enable next cascaded stage count. HCS160MS utilizes advanced CMOS/SOS technology achieve high-speed operation. This device member radiation hardened, high-speed, CMOS/SOS Logic Family.
