Product Description
Pericom Semiconductor's PI74FCT series logic circuits produced Company's advanced 0.6/0.8 micron CMOS technology, achieving industry leading speed grades. PI74FCT2XXX devices have built-in 25-ohm series resistor outputs reduce noise because reflections, thus eliminating need external terminating resistor. PI74FCT273T PI74FCT2273T 8-bit wide octal designed with eight edge-triggered D-type flip-flops with individual inputs outputs. common buffered Clock (CP) Master Reset (MR) load resets (clear) flip-flops simultaneously. register fully edge-triggered. input state, setup time before LOW-to-HIGH clock transition, transferred corresponding flip-flop's output. outputs will forced independently Clock Data inputs voltage level input.
