maximum power density with lowest core losses. ECONO-PACs, lower cost versions OCTA-PACs incorporating powdered iron cores, deliver frequency responses several megaHertz. Both products used many engineering applications depending their connection (see Connection Diagrams). When used inductors, they provide inductance with high current wired parallel, higher inductance with lower current wired series. When used transformers, they provide electrical isolation extremely wide voltage transformation flyback mode. ECONO-PACs OCTA-PACs designed easy sub-assembly manufacturing process. Supplied tape reel packaging, their cases make them ideal "pick-and-place" devices, each marked clear identification. ECONO-PACs OCTA-PACs suitable normal exposure infrared reflow soldering procedures.
