IRU1206 family devices ultra dropout regulators using transistor pass element. These products ideal when single input supply available only dropout voltage less than exceeding minimum dropout characteristics NPN/ hybrid regulators. common application these regulators where input 3.3V 2.5V output needed. Besides dropout less than 0.5V, other features family parts are: micropower shutdown capability output UVLO detection where Flag switched when output below nominal point. IRU1206-XX SOT-223 compatible with MIC39100-XX, IRU1207 IRU1209 SO-8 power package compatible with MIC39101 39102 respectively.
