DESCRIPTION
IRU1117-25 dropout three-terminal fixed output regulator with minimum 800mA output current capability. This product specifically designed provide well regulated supply voltage applications well generating clock supply applications. IRU1117 guaranteed have <1.3V dropout full load current making ideal provide well regulated with 3.8V input supply. IRU1117 specifically designed stable with cost aluminimum capacitors while maintaining stability with tantalum caps.
