General Description

Digital inputs cell include conversion start (CS), clock (DLCK), power down (PD). Digital outputs conversion complete (CC), unsigned binary output VIN, analog input converted, only analog input. uses clock cycles convert analog input unsigned binary output code. ADC10R05 characterized operation over full industrial temperature range -40°C 85°C.
