Product Description
WLP200 consists filters with different filter characteristics wafer level package (WLP). pins protected contact discharges IEC1000-4-2 level specification. versions with different capacitor values available. Cellular phone application frequently demands filtering signals 2,700 band. California Micro Devices' unique thin film Flip Chip filters provide minimum attenuation over this frequency band. bump size pitch these filters selected such that device placed directly printed circuit board using conventional assembly techniques. Ground-bounce cross-talk minimized design that provides eight solder bump contacts common supply connection. solder bump contacts 63/37 Sn/Pb alloy nominally 0.30 diameter.
