Product Description
Reflections high speed data lines lead undershoot overshoot disturbances which result improper system operation. Resistors, when used terminate these high speed data lines, increase power consumption degrade output high level resulting reduced noise immunity. these reasons, Schottky diodes often recommended termination. CAMD's PDN001 Schottky Diode minimizes overshoots undershoots provides effective termination high speed data lines under variable loading conditions.
Note: PDN001 been improved available upgraded device PACDN005. PACDN005 recommended designs.
