Each channel contains error amplifier, comparator, dead-time control output driver. under-voltage protection, oscillator, short circuit protection voltage reference circuit common three channels. AAT1100 contains boost exclusive circuits (Ch-1,3) buck-boost exclusive circuit (Ch-2). Dead-time control (DTC) provide 100% dead time resistive divider network. Soft start implemented paralleling resistor with capacitor. dead time control inputs assigned Ch-1,3 pair Ch-2 individually, dead time control inputs used control operation. With minimum number external components, AAT1100 offers simple cost effective solution. this device operate from 2.5V 7.0V supply voltages achieve efficient operation power system.
