Each channel contains error amplifier, comparator, dead-time control output driver. under-voltage protection, oscillator, short circuit protection voltage reference circuit common channels. AAT1105A contains step-up (boost) circuit (CH-2) inverting (buck_boost) circuit (CH-1). Dead-time control (DTC) provide 100% dead time resistive divider network. Soft start implemented paralleling resistor with capacitor. dead time control inputs assigned Ch-1 Ch-2 individually, dead time control inputs used control operation.
