General Description
AAT1104/AAT1104A provides integrated two-channel pulse-width-modulation (PWM) solution power supply DC-DC system, this device offers systems engineer flexibility tailor power supply circuitry specific application. Each channel contains error amplifier, comparator, dead-time control output driver. under-voltage protection, oscillator, short circuit protection voltage reference circuit common channels. Both channel AAT1104/AAT1104A used DC/DC converter operations including step-up, step-down, inverting. Dead-time control (DTC) provide 100% dead time resistive divider network. Soft start implemented paralleling resistor with capacitor. dead time control inputs assigned Ch-1 Ch-2 individually, dead time control inputs used control operation. With minimum number external components, AAT1104/AAT1104A offers simple cost effective solution.
