Each device consists on-chip voltage reference, error amplifier, pulse width modulation controller, under-voltage protection, soft start short circuit protection circuits. Switching frequencies 1MHz external resistor capacitor. Soft-start time implemented capacitor. Additionally, chip enable feature provided power down reducing supply current 10uA. Configuration

time constant soft start short circuit protection 1.Soft start
power AAT1110 operates soft start mode. capacitor Cscp connected starts charging constant current. soft start mode, voltage (VSCP) input comparator, that duty controlled VSCP. completion soft start operation, voltage stays low, input from soft start circuit comparator stay high, enter short circuit protection waiting state. Soft start time Ts(sec) 0.84 CSCP (uF) 2.Short circuit protection switching regulator output suddenly drops loading effect error amplifier output fixed VOM+ capacitor CSCP starts charging. When voltage reaches approximately 1.26V ,the output stays low. Once protection circuit operates, circuit recovered setting power supply. Short circuit detection time Tscp(sec) 0.84 CSCP (uF)
