PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
AD9260 16-bit, high speed oversampled analog-todigital converter (ADC) that offers exceptional dynamic range over wide bandwidth. AD9260 manufactured advanced CMOS process. High dynamic range achieved with oversampling ratio through proprietary technique which combines advantages sigma-delta pipeline converter technologies.
AD9260 switched-capacitor with nominal fullscale input range offers differential input with common-mode rejection common-mode signals. signal range each differential input centered common-mode level. on-chip decimation filter configured maximum performance flexibility. series three half-band filter stages provide decimation filtering with stopband attenuation 0.004 passband ripple. onboard digital multiplexer allows user access data from various stages decimation filter.
AD9260 operates single supply, typically consuming power. power scaling circuit provided allowing AD9260 operate power consumption levels reduced clock data rates. AD9260 available 44-lead MQFP package specified operate over industrial temperature range.
PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS
AD9260 fabricated very cost effective CMOS process. High speed, precision mixed-signal analog circuits combined with high density digital filter circuits. AD9260 offers complete single-chip 16-bit sampling with output data rate 44-lead MQFP. Selectable Internal Decimation Filtering-The AD9260 provides high performance decimation filter with 0.004 passband ripple stopband attenuation. filter configurable with options decimation. Power Scaling-The AD9260 consumes power 16-bit resolution output data rate. power scaled down reduced clock rates. Single Supply- Both analog digital portions AD9260 operate single supply simplifying system power supply design. digital logic will also accommodate single supply reduced power.
on-chip programmable reference reference buffer amplifier configured maximum accuracy flexibility. external reference also chosen suit users specific accuracy drift requirements.
