UDN2580A UDN2585A
This versatile family integrated circuits will work with many combinations logic- load-voltage levels, meeting interface requirements beyond capabilities standard logic buffers. Series UDN2580A A2580SLW source drivers drive incandescent, LED, vacuum fluorescent displays. Internal transient-suppression diodes permit drivers used with inductive loads such relays, solenoids, stepping motors, magnetic print hammers. Types UDN2580A A2580SLW high-current source drivers used switch ground ends loads that directly connected supply. Typical loads telephone relays, diodes, LEDs. UDN2585A A2585SLW drivers designed applications requiring output saturation voltages. Typical loads low-voltage LEDs incandescent displays. eight non-Darlington, outputs will simultaneously sustain continuous load currents -120 ambient temperatures +70°C. UDN2588A A2588SLW have separate logic driver supply lines. Their eight drivers serve interface between positive logic (TTL, CMOS, PMOS) negative logic (NMOS) either negative splitload supplies These drivers packaged plastic DlPs (suffix surface-mountable wide-body SOlCs (suffix LW), rated operation over temperature range -20°C +85°C.
