LVCH162244A 16-bit buffer/driver built using advanced dual metal CMOS technology. LVCH162244A designed specifically improve both performance density 3-state memory address drivers, clock drivers, bus-oriented receivers transmitters. device used four 4-bit buffers, 8-bit buffers, 16-bit buffer. This device provides true outputs symmetrical active-low output-enable (OE) inputs. pins this 16-bit buffer/driver driven from either 3.3V devices. This feature allows this device translator mixed 3.3V/5V supply system. LVCH162244A series resistors device output structure which will significantly reduce line noise when used with light loads. This driver been developed drive ±12mA designated threshold levels. LVCH162244A "bus-hold" which retains inputs' last state whenever input goes high impedance. This prevents floating inputs eliminates need pull-up/down resistors.
