Description
IDT71256SA 262,144-bit high-speed Static organized fabricated using IDT's high-perfomance, high-reliability CMOS technology. This state-of-the-art technology, combined with innovative circuit design techniques, provides cost-effective solution high-speed memory needs. IDT71256SA output enable which operates fast 6ns, with address access times fast 12ns. bidirectional inputs outputs IDT71256SA TTL-compatible operation from single supply. Fully static asynchronous circuitry used, requiring clocks refresh operation. IDT71256SA packaged 28-pin 300- 600-mil Plastic DIP, 28-pin Plastic TSOP.
