PRECAUTIONS Bending lead should avoid cause chip deterioration When bending necessary, care must taken considering following points Bending lead must done before soldering. Bending lead must done states fixing lead tight applying stress resin part; otherwise cause troubles such gold wire breaking. lead must bent intervals 1.6mm from edge resin part. bend same portion lead more than twice.
