Product Description
Honeywell HRF-SW1031 high performance single pole throw (SP6T) absorptive switch that ideal wireless basestation handset applications that require minimum power minimum insertion loss. HRF-SW1031 manufactured with Honeywell's patented Silicon Insulator (SOI) CMOS technology, which provides performance GaAs with economy integration capabilities conventional CMOS technology.
