100MHz, High Input Impedance, Very Wideband, Uncompensated Operational Amplifiers
HA-2620/2625 bipolar operational amplifiers that feature very high input impedance (500M, HA-2620) coupled with wideband performance. high resistance input stage complemented offset voltage (0.5mV, HA-2620) bias offset current (1nA, HA-2620) facilitate accurate signal processing. Input offset reduced further means external nulling potentiometer. 100MHz gain bandwidth product (HA-2620/2625 stable closed loop gains greater than 35V/µs slew rate 150kV/V open loop gain enables HA-2620/2625 perform high gain amplification very fast, wideband signals. These dynamic characteristics, coupled with fast settling times, make these amplifiers ideally suited pulse amplification designs well high frequency (e.g., video) applications. frequency response amplifier tailored exact design requirements means external bandwidth control capacitor connected from Comp GND. addition application pulse video amplifier designs, HA-2620/2625 particularly suited other high performance designs such high-gain distortion audio amplifiers, high-Q wideband active filters highspeed comparators. more information, please refer Application Notes AN509, AN519 AN546.
