General SLT5411/SLT5413 series 1.5µm InGaAsP/InP laser diode modules designed optical source (Wavelength Division Multiplexing) application used with external modulator. laser diode chip mounted butterfly package integrated with optical isolator, InGaAs monitor thermo-electric cooler, single mode polarization maintaining (PM) fiber pigtail. Package dimension assignment (unit tolerance ±0.15 unless otherwise noted)

Avoid skin exposure direct scattered radiation. governmental approval required export this product other countries. dispose this product, appropriate procedure should taken prevent illegal exportation. modules should handled same manner ordinary semiconductor devices prevent electro-static damages. safe keeping carrying, modules should packaged with proof material. assemble modules PCB, workbench, soldering iron human body should grounded. eliminate ripple noise supply voltage, ripple filter should placed close module possible. stress fiber pigtail cause damage performance. fiber pigtail snap dropping module. Please special attention atmosphere condition because module cause some electrical damages. Under such strong vibration environment automobile, performance reliability guaranteed.
