Product Description:
Pericom Semiconductor's PI74FCT series logic circuits produced Company's advanced micron CMOS technology, achieving industry leading speed grades. PI74FCT2XXX devices have built-in 25-ohm series resistor outputs reduce noise because reflections, thus eliminating need external terminating resistor. PI74FCT841T/843T/845T P174FCT2841T series buffered interface latches. These transparent latches designed with 3-state outputs designed eliminate extra packages required buffer existing latches provide extra data width wider address/data paths buses carrying parity. When Latch Enable (LE) HIGH, flip-flops appear transparent data. data that meets set-up time when latched. When HIGH, output high impedance state. PI74FCT841/2841T 10-bit latch, PI74FCT843T 9-bit latch, PI74FCT845T 8-bit latch.
