Principle Detection
When pipe empty, beam reflected from inner surface pipe wall returns beamreceiving part, since difference refractive indexes pipe large. When there liquid pipe, beam enters liquid through wall does return beamreceiving part, since difference refractive indexes pipe liquid small.
