High-Speed, Low-Voltage, SPDT CMOS Analog Switch
MAX4644 single-pole/double-throw (SPDT) switch that operates from single supply ranging from +1.8V +5.5V. provides on-resistance (RON) well flatness over entire analog signal range. MAX4644 offers fast switching times less than 20ns while ensuring break-before-make operation. typically consumes only 0.01µW quiescent power, making suitable low-power, portable applications. MAX4644's features include leakage currents over entire temperature range, TTL/CMOS-compatible digital logic, excellent characteristics. packaged either small 8-pin µMAX tiny 6-pin SOT23.

Applications Information
MAX4644 operates from single supply ranging from +1.8V +5.5V. device guaranteed functional over that supply range, TTL/CMOS compatibility only valid operation using supply. voltage levels referenced GND. Positive negative analog inputs signals accommodated shifting GND.
ESD-protection diodes internally connected between each analog-signal both GND. these diodes conducts analog signal exceeds (Figure Virtually analog leakage current comes from diodes GND. Although diodes given signal identical, therefore fairly well balanced, they reverse biased differently. Each biased either analog signal. This means their leakages will vary signal varies. difference diode leakages pins constitutes analog-signal-path leakage current. analog leakage current flows between each supply terminals, other switch terminal. This both sides given switch show leakage currents same opposite polarity.
