Description
These T-13/4, untinted, nondiffused lamps utilize highly optimized material technology, transparent substrate aluminum gallium arsenide AlGaAs). This technology very high luminous efficiency, capable producing high light output over wide range drive currents (500 mA). color deep dominant wavelength AlGaAs flip-chip technology, attached anode lead wire bonded cathode lead.
