STR-G6651 specifically designed satisfy requirements increased integration reliability off-line quasi-resonant flyback converters. This device incorporates primary control drive circuit with discrete avalanche-rated power MOSFET.

Low-current startup low-power standby mode selected from secondary circuit completes comprehensive suite features. device provided five-pin over-molded TO-220 style package, affording dielectric isolation without compromising thermal characteristics. lead forms available (with without suffix `-LF') accommodate printed wiring board layout mechanical constraints. Proven substantial volumes, STR-G6651 robust low-risk solution off-line power supplies particularly where management source significant element system design.
