General Description
TS1086 Series high performance positive voltage regulators designed applications requiring dropout performance full rated current, Additionally, PJ1086 Series provides excellent regulation over variations changes line, load temperature. Outstanding features include dropout performance rated current, fast transient response, internal current limiting thermal shutdown protection output device. TS1086 Series three terminal regulators with fixed adjustable voltage options available popular packages. This series offered 3-pin TO-263, TO-220, TO-252 SOT-223 package.
