PI74FCT821T/2821T 10-bit wide register designed with D-type flip-flops with buffered common clock buffered 3-state outputs. PI74FCT823/2823T 9-bit wide register designed with Clock Enable Clear. PI74FCT825T 8-bit wide register with PI74FCT823T controls plus multiple enables. When output enable (OE) LOW, outputs enabled. When HIGH, outputs high impedance state. Input data meeting setup hold time requirements inputs transferred outputs LOW-to-HIGH transition clock input.
