S-87X Series
S-87X series low-power high withstand-voltage regulators with reset function, which integrates high-precision voltage detection voltage regulation circuits single chip. S-87X Series higher withstand-voltage characteristic higher accuracy detection voltage output voltage, ±2.4% respectively. S-87X Series also lineups lithium-ion battery packs.
