ALS155 circuits feature dual 1-line 4-line demultiplexers with individual strobes common binary-address inputs single 16-pin package. When both sections enabled, common binary-address inputs sequentially select route associated input data appropriate output each section. individual strobes permit enabling disabling each 4-bit sections desired. Data applied input inverted outputs data applied input inverted through outputs. inverter following data input permits ALS155 3-line 8-line demultiplexer without external gating. inputs clamped with high-performance Schottky diodes suppress line ringing simplify system design. SN74ALS155 characterized operation from 70°C.
