The Radisys Code of Conduct and Ethics is a statement of the principles and expectations that guide ethical business conduct at our company. Trade of these minerals originating from the Democratic Republic of the Congo or an adjoining country, in some instances, is helping to directly or indirectly benefit armed groups causing serious social and environmental issues. The minerals involved are called conflict minerals.
