TEXAS INSTRUMENTS Informational Notification of Errata for the Redesign of Several SN74LVC/LVCHXXXXA SN74LVC/LVCHXXXXA Devices August 4, 1997 Revision A Abstract This errata notification from Texas Instruments is due to an administrative error on PCN 5298 (dated May 6, 1997). The changed values were not highlighted in underlined bold italics as stated and the table heading for Table 7a had the incorrect device on the original PCN. What follows is the original PCN with the changed values highlighted in underlined bold italics and the table heading corrected. Analysis Reliability testing was performed on the SN74LVC16245A SN74LVC16245A and SN74LVC240A SN74LVC240A and is valid by similarity for the 19 devices . The SN74LVC/LVCH SN74LVC/LVCH devices that are included in this phase are listed in Table 1. Table 2 shows the reliability testing results. Table 3 summarizes the construction details for the devices affected by the qualification. Tables 4 to 19b compare the data sheets of the nineteen (19) devices affected by this notification. The changed values are highlighted in underlined bold italics.
