The MTL4N22A MTL4N22A, MTL4N23A MTL4N23A and MTL4N24A MTL4N24A optocouplers can be supplied to customer specifications as well as tested and screened in accordance with MIL-PRF-19500 MIL-PRF-19500 to JANTX level.
