PRODUCT BRIEF ML2722 ML2722 900MHz Low-IF 1.5Mbps RF Transceiver IC The Micro Linear ML2722 ML2722 is a 900MHz RF transceiver IC designed for unlicensed ISM band operations. Designed to work in the 902 to 928MHz frequency band, it is a Frequency Shift Keying (FSK) RF transceiver. The device supports DSSS, and the new wideband digital modulation in FCC Part 15.247. The ML2722 ML2722 integrates its own DC regulation enabling the IC to operate over a wide voltage range. It also has a simple baseband interface for transmit power management, PLL control & detection and RSSI. The ML2722 ML2722 utilizes the proven Micro Linear architecture which integrates all the usual external filters, leaving only the need for external PA, LNA and antenna switch for a complete radio. Micro Linear has integrated the PA, LNA and switch drivers into a complimentary part, the Micro Linear ML2751 ML2751. When used with the ML2722 ML2722, they achieve 18dBm of output power and a typical receiver sensitivity of -95dBm @ 0.1% BER.
