Test Procedure for the LM317FWEVB LM317FWEVB h 03/04/2004 Figure 1: Test Procedure Setup for the LM317FWEVB LM317FWEVB Two Red Test Leads AC Power Supply Table 1: Required Equipment Two Black Test Leads One LM317FWEVB LM317FWEVB Evaluation Board Precision Power Analyzer Test Procedure: 1. Connect power and ground to pin 1 and 3 of CONN1 2. Apply 120 Vac 3. Verify LEDs light up 4. Using an AC power meter measure the AC power drawn by the board. It should read 3.0 W (+/- 0.25 W) for 2 red/1 blue. Differences in power draw might be noticed for different color LEDs. 5. Test complete.
