Higher output power can be achieved by connecting shelves in parallel. The built-in fan provides sufficient airflow for operation without de-rating up to 50OC. The BAP5500 BAP5500 features full electronic protection, high efficiency and low output noise. The use of high quality components and rigorous quality control results in very high reliability. The modular design of the BAP5500 BAP5500 provides a cost-efficient solution, at any quantity, for a wide range of applications, and allows for short lead times, even for highly-custom projects. The fully-loaded shelves can hold up to seven BAP750 BAP750 modules, and each of them can be separated by a redundancy diode. The failure of one module, which would be signaled by a built-in alarm, would only cause a 1/7 loss of power from the fully assembled shelf. Multiple-output versions can be easily achieved.
