HMC204MS8G HMC204MS8G MICROWAVE CORPORATION GaAs MMIC SMT FREQUENCY DOUBLER 4 - 8 GHz INPUT FEBRUARY 2001 V00.0900 Features General Description CONVERSION LOSS: 16 to to 20 dB The HMC204MS8G HMC204MS8G is a passive miniature frequency doubler in an 8 lead MSOP surface mount package. Suppression of undesired fundamental and higher order harmonics is 40 to 60 dB with respect to input signal level and 24 to 42 dB with respect to the output level. The doubler utilizes the same GaAs Schottky diode/balun technology found in Hittite MMIC mixers. Its features includes a small size, requires no DC bias, and has no measurable additive phase noise onto the multiplied signal. Applications include commercial microwave radios and VSAT, as well as military ECM and communication systems.
