Extended operating temperature range F inisar's FTRJ-1320-3 FTRJ-1320-3 Small Form Factor Pluggable (SFP) transceiver modules are state-of-the-art components designed expressly for SONET OC-48 OC-48 SR and SDH STM I-16 applications that require data rates of up to 2.488 Gbit/sec. These transceiver modules are fully compliant with the SFF Multisource Agreement. The 2x5 pinned SFF modules are a cost-effective solution that allow double port densities by fitting twice the number of modules in the same board space. The FTRJ-1320-3 FTRJ-1320-3 supports the LC connector. It operates at extended voltage (3.15 to 3.60 V) and temperature (-10 to 70°C) ranges, and dissipates less than 700 mW. Finisar transceivers feature a very low jitter contribution, which results in extremely clean, high-quality eye patterns. The modules' metal enclosure not only makes them sturdier, but also improves their FCC test margins. This emission and ESD control is particularly important in applications with sensitive multiport equipment. Finisar's high-speed transceiver modules are well known throughout the industry for their superior quality, reliability, and affordability.
