Very Small The smallest packageUSV's area size is only 5% of CMOS SOP package. It is very good for high density mount set. And it is suitable for circuit minor change. 2. Easy Arrangement for PCB layout L-MOS contain only 1 or 2 circuits in the package, so it is very convenience for separate arrangement. This increase the ease of layout and pattern design. 3. Very Thin Package The thinnest package ESV is only 0.6mm height. It is convenience for portable set like PDA. In Japanese portable application like NotePC, PDA, VCR- Camera and Cellular phone, CMOS was already replaced by L-MOS.
